ACCESSIBLE CARE, TRANSPARENT PAYMENT OPTIONS

I believe therapy should be both supportive and manageable — financially and emotionally.

  • Taking insurance is an important part of making therapy accessible. That’s why I partner with a variety of insurance providers and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to reduce financial barriers and support your care.

I am currently in network with the following providers:

    • Aetna

    • BCBS IL HMO – UIC

    • BlueCross and BlueShield

    • Cigna and Evernorth

    • Optum

    • Oscar Health

    • Oxford

    • Quest Behavioral Health

    • UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH

    • UMR

    • Golden Rule

    • US Health Group

    • GEHA

Have questions about coverage? Please don’t hesitate to contact me.

  • I also work with a variety of EAPs in the region. If your employer offers EAP benefits, I’d be happy to verify your eligibility and guide you through the process.

  • If we determine your insurance is out-of-network or if you choose not to use insurance, self-pay may be required. I'll always discuss this with you before beginning services — no surprises.

I accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through your HIPAA-compliant client portal, and you’re welcome to update your payment information at any time.

Wondering if you're covered?

I work with many major insurance providers to make therapy more accessible.

Fill out the form with your insurance details, and I’ll verify your benefits and follow up with next steps — no guesswork, no hassle.
