Good Faith Estimate Notice

Last Updated: October 15, 2025

Wrobel Counseling Services, PLLC

Under the law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical or mental health care will cost.

As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required by the No Surprises Act to provide clients who are uninsured or not using insurance with an estimate of expected charges for services.

At Wrobel Counseling Services, PLLC, we are happy to provide a Good Faith Estimate in advance of your services. This includes the total expected costs for therapy or counseling sessions.

What You Should Know:

  • You have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate at any time, before scheduling a service or at any point in your care.

  • The estimate will include the expected cost of services, such as individual therapy sessions, intake assessments, or any other non-emergency services you may request.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the charge.

Keep in Mind:

  • Your Good Faith Estimate is not a contract, and it does not obligate you to receive services.

  • The number of sessions and frequency of treatment may vary depending on your individual needs and goals.

  • You can request an updated estimate at any time.
