HEAL FROM THE INSIDE OUT

Find relief, safety, and clarity after trauma.

When you’ve experienced trauma, it can feel like your past keeps interrupting your present. Trauma therapy helps you process those experiences in a way that’s safe, respectful, and empowering.

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach proven to reduce the emotional impact of traumatic memories. Sessions focus on building trust, fostering safety, and helping you reconnect with your sense of self — so you can move forward with strength and clarity.
